PRESCHOOL EDUCATORS’ COMPETENCE FOR PROMOTING COOPERATION WITH PARENTS

In 2000 the European Parliament in Lisbon issued a document entitled "Key Competences for Lifelong Learning - European Competence Framework". This document represents an important basis for the harmonization of EU education systems, especially in terms of quality standardization work on the acquisition of key competences of educators. All eight competencies that documenthas prescribed are relevant to all aspects and spheres of work and educational activities of teachers in kindergarten. The approach to this problem in this paper implies that all of these competencies are important for cooperation of teachers and parents in the realization of educational work in kindergarten.
