Abstract

This paper presents a new way to work in preschools in the territory of Montenegro, which is recommended for more complex and more open access to the whole organization of education, taking into account the individuality of each child. Discussed the current issues and prospects of development of preschool education, as well as the conditions in which children of early ages can develop their potential. At the same time not neglected either introduce parents to a group of preschool children who participate as observers, planners and implementers of certain educational activities.
