PRACTICAL EXPERIENCE IN IMPROVING THE COMPETENCES OF THE TEACHERS, EDUCATIONALISTS AND STUDENTS

The document called “European framework of key competences” is of great importance for harmonizing the educational systems of the European Union countries, particularly in terms of quality standardization of acquisition of students’ key competences.
In the educational institutions in our country, activities are still more focused on defining the framework of key competences and less on development of the strategies for their development.
In this paper, we shall point out to certain practical work experience in the development of the students’ key competences which are organized as part of the project called “School and competence development- how to learn and how to live with others.”
We shall also present the concept of the teachers and associates’ professional development which is based on partnership, and conducted by the system: learn and practice, demonstrate the acquired competence- use what you have learnt, help others learn, plan and continually develop students’ key competences.
