TEACHER AS A PERSONAL FACTOR OF SUCCESSFUL INDIVIDUALIZATION TEACHING NATURE AND SOCIETY

The individualization of teaching has an important role in improving and streamlining course of nature and society. Its application the student as an individual has the optimum conditions for the development, promotion and the formation of his personality.
The level of implementation of individualization of teaching natural science and the way in implementing teaching practice is conditioned by a number of factors. It is necessary to consider changes in conditions in which it will develop individualization, successes and limitations of scientific and theoretical foundation, didactic and methodological characteristics of innovative, new designs, models, variants and methods of individualization of teaching natural science and their effect on the improvement of educational work.
The object of labor is the need to formulate and analyze the teaching competence of their contribution to the quality of education students in order to successfully individualization in teaching of nature and society.
Particular emphasis was paid to professional skills and personality traits of teachers that make it professionally competent in the application of different models of individualization of teaching, and relate to: knowledge of the essence of the model of individualization and differentiation of teaching natural science, competence of teachers, innovation and creativity of teachers, teachers' communication skills, knowledge of students and to meet the appropriate material and technical conditions.
