STUDY PROGRAMME OF CLASS INSTRUCTION IN THE FUNCTION OF THE EDUCATIONAL SYSTEM OF REPUBLIC OF SRPSKA FROM DEMOGRAPHIC PERSPECTIVE

The first and the basic setting of the relevant parties and features of study programme of class instruction in educational system of Republic of Srpska, consists in general of the knowledge of its true meaning and multiple meanings.There are many documents and recommendations from which comes few very important attitudes at an international level about the nine-year elementary school and its class instruction.In the current and future elementary school for a period of nine years ,an interaction of formal and informal education is necessary.Connectivity is particuralry important and versatile and the natural transition from lower to middle and higher level of unique nine-year education, as a forms of connectivity also of primary school education with preschool ,high school and higher school education. Significance of this scientific-exploratory work is in insight of an existing state and it gives vision of development of demographic potentials of school population in interaction with socio-economic development of Srpska. General hypothesis (that arises from the purpose of research)is that the studied advent is classified as one of the key components of overall development of Srpska and it is a consequence of demography,which demands a new access in development projection of mentioned advent.Expected results in this research have special value to social community ,such as development of school population at all levels and interdependence with socio-economic development of the Republic of Srpska.During research on balance of school population at all levels ,development of an advent is followed from the moment of database disposition,and explorations need to give certain recommendations ,for the first time,on harmnonization of educational backgrounds who study at academic institutions with needs of labor market in Republic of Srpska,and also ensuring high quality of the work process at higher school organizations and its outputs-profile and capacity of highly educated professionals.
