Abstract

Personality of a pupil in modern school is one of the basic key points for a new school paradigm and for concepts of support of development in which children are figures of proper development instead of being „watchers and listeners“. That kind of challenge for modern school will bring different attitude and understanding and trustful environment, above all trust in power which every child possesses in oneself. The point is to abandon conception of “forcement“ in schoolwork by intrusion of „will and choices of adults“, even if they are the teachers. In this paper, there will be discussions about „abuse of authority“, functions of teachers and parents through example of „bad relations“ towards children, and frequent usage of insults in relationships, even when it is absolutely unacceptable, and on possible acts how to accept personality of pupil in school work as equal „actor“ in school activites.
