PRIMARY EDUCATION IN DEVELOPMENT PROGRAMMES - VISION AND PERSPECTIVE

Abstract

Dissatisfied with the current school conditions, even more with uncertainty of its future, with evident delay comparing to fast transformation of European school system, poor achievements in our schools accoording to PISA data, Stara Pazova City Hall has started a project: Formation, situation, development and perspectives of the school system. All the schools have supported this research and actively participated. The projection of their future development is of special importance.

Worried about retrogression and failure of our pupuls, as well as with dissatisfaction of their parents, questions are being raised: How to make a successful school? That is why the project is being orientated towards 5-year-plan development with the aim to enter better future with high-quality schooling.

The project has been completed. It consists of the development programmes of all schools, support for schools from the health, culture, social care institutions and other local organizations. The aim is to gather all the schools in the interaction with work and creativity of others. Method of reconstruction helps to transform schools from present unfavorable condition A to better condition B in the next five days without ’overturns’, ’breakage’, ’stresses’ or any other losses and obstacles in their work.
