APPLYING OF CAF MODEL IN EDUCATIONAL ORGANISATIONS

The importance ofimproving the qualityof educationandthe level of qualityin educationalinstitutions becomes obvious, claiming thathuman knowledge isthe most importantresource of the social development and in the function of the potential of people whowillbe the driving forceof social changein the country. The changes in educationtodayarelinked more directlyto the changesin the socio-political, economic andother processesof development and the changes in the social relations.The changes are aimedatthedevelopment of the teachingactivitiesand the correlation analysis of the development of the society and education and the positionof the participantsin the process of educationwho are the members of the society, as well. This paper present a Common Assessment Framework - CAF model as a tool for quality management in the public sector organizations, as well as its implementation in the institutions in the field of education, considering the challenges to improve their effectiveness and the efficiency that they are now faced with.
